     • คลิกที่ไอคอนเปลี่ยนมุมมองของสไลด์เป็นแบบ Slide Sorter  
     • คลิกแท็บ Transition แล้วกดปุ่ม Ctrl+A เพื่อเลือกสไลด์ทั้งหมด 
     • คลิกเลือกรูปแบบการเปลี่ยนสไลด์จากรายการใน Transition to This Slide  จากรูปเลือกเป็นแบบ Fade  ซึ่งการเปลี่ยนจะใช้เวลาซักพักหนึ่ง 
     • การเลือกเสียงประกอบการเปลี่ยนฉาก สามารถเลือกได้จากรายการ Sound แล้วคลิกเลือกรายการเสียงที่ต้องการ

     • <u>ข้อควรระวัง</u> 
       +  ไม่ควรเลือกรูปแบบการเปลี่ยนฉากและเสียงที่หลากหลาย เพราะจะทำให้ผู้ชมมาสนใจเนื้อหาที่นำเสนอและรบกวนเวลาในการนำเสนอ
