    •  สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น
       + สไลด์ถูกสร้างก่อนที่จะมีการกำหนดแม่แบบสไลด์ ทำให้หัวเรื่องไม่ได้อยู่ในตำแหน่งที่กำหนด

    •  วิธีแก้ไข
       + จากสไลด์ที่ 1 คลิกที่หัวเรื่อง แล้วกดปุ่ม Delete
       + จะปรากฏกล่องข้อความ “Click to add title” ให้คลิกแก้ไขเป็นข้อความ “การสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับบริการ” 
       + คลิกที่หมายเลขสไลด์ แล้วกดปุ่ม Delete 
       + ให้แก้ไขเช่นเดียวกันในสไลด์ที่ 2-4
