1. การป้อนข้อมูล
• คลิกเมาส์ที่เซลล์ แล้วพิมพ์ข้อมูลหรือสูตรที่ต้องการ แล้วเคาะปุ่ม Enter หรือคลิกเครื่องหมายถูกตรง Formular bar
2. การยกเลิกการป้อนข้อมูล
• กดปุ่ม ESC หรือคลิกที่ปุ่มกากบาท (X) ตรง Formular bar
3. การแก้ไขข้อมูล
• คลิกเมาส์ที่เซลล์ แล้วกดปุ่ม F2 หรือคลิกตรง Formular bar
4. การลบข้อมูล
• คลิกเมาส์ที่เซลล์ แล้วกดปุ่ม Delete หรือคลิกเมาส์ขวา เลือกรายการ Clear Contents
5. การเติมข้อมูลโดยอัตโนมัติ (Auto Fill)

• เซลล์ อ้างอิงตามชื่อคอลัมน์ และเลขที่แถว เช่น B36
• ช่วงข้อมูล อ้างอิงตามเซลล์ตั้งต้น เครื่องหมาย : และเซลล์สุดท้าย และเลขที่แถว เช่น C37:E37
